Shawn Dunphy has been promoted to Director of Administration, a well-deserved promotion recognizing his years of dedication to our company. In his previous role as Executive Assistant, Shawn played an instrumental role in streamlining our administrative processes and implementing key strategies to improve efficiency.
With over 15 years of experience in the industry, Shawn brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his new position. We have no doubt that he will continue to excel in his new role as Director of Administration and contribute to the continued success of our company.

Ryan Simmons has been appointed as our new Chief Risk Officer & Head of Operations, a role that he is well-suited for, given his extensive experience in risk management and operations. Ryan has over 10 years of experience in the industry, having previously held leadership positions in risk management and compliance at several top-tier financial institutions.
Ryan’s expertise in managing complex risks and implementing effective controls will be critical in helping us navigate the challenges ahead, stating “I am excited to take on this new challenge and am committed to leveraging my expertise to help our organization achieve its goals and drive success.”
